Radio revenues up more than 6% at Radio One, helped by the midwest

Radio One CEO Alfred Liggins says the Radio One stations "out-performed the markets in which we operate" by nearly 5%. The positive factors: "A recovery in our midwest markets, continued strong ratings-related growth in Atlanta, and our newly-revamped Detroit cluster."
